By using Scanly (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Scanly provides AI content detection and humanization tools. We offer a free tier with limited usage and a paid Pro subscription with extended access.

Subscription and Payment

Pro Plan is billed monthly at $9 USD.
Free trial: 7 days free before billing begins.
Billing: Processed securely by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime. You will retain access until the end of your billing period.
Refunds: Monthly subscriptions may be refunded within 7 days of purchase. Contact support.

Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Scanly to:

Generate spam or malicious content
Violate any third-party rights
Attempt to circumvent AI detection systems for deceptive purposes
Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
Use automated bots or scrapers without permission

Accuracy Disclaimer

AI detection results are probabilistic and may not be 100% accurate. Scanly is a tool to assist content evaluation — it should not be the sole basis for any consequential decisions (academic grading, legal determinations, etc.).

Limitation of Liability

Scanly is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
